Fistly Nivea had a 3 for 2 match special. You get the cheapest one for free. I took 3 400ml and when I was paying it didn't go through. Therefore got told that its only 250ml, got told I must look at the picture. Though it was written any Nivea. I bought Caramel clusteres and they said 2 for R7. I was billed R7.90 and they tried to correct it and they added an extra R3.

Your specials are not clear, you say any Nivea though get told only what's on the picture. I was billed an extra R3.90 instead of buying the clusters.
