BAD SERVICE WITH BAD ATTITUTE

I was assisted by a call centre agent on the 08/12/2013.
She was extremely rude towards me and she force-ably convinced me to close my account. All I wanted was to make my credit limit available. She had issues that my contact details were not updated, saying that I am using old cellphone number.
The funny part is my Surname its been incorrect ever since I opened the account. No one is telling me that ever since
I have been a client of Markham's for more than 10 year. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
