No Delivery

Good afternoon

I started using Kalahari a few months back and what a great company. You click and then in a few days they deliver.

Well so much for that. I have made 4 order on the last two months and nothing. The delivery dates are continuously pushed out however the item continues to be promoted. You phone the call center and they can't help. They promise to call you back but no one ever does.

It appears that no one in the company communicates with the warehousing department either because they never seem to be able to get answers from them. At the end of the day its easier to just go out and buy the goods.

This is the third time that my delivery dates have been moved out and the company is not willing to commit to a delivery date. This is terrible service, but what would one expect from South Africa's favorite online shop.

When will my deliveries be fulfilled and if they can't be why can arrangement not be made to provide a similar item. But i suppose that would be an impossible task to complete.
