My friend recently went online at [URL Removed] to purchase a gift, however when you browse the site, which is very user friendly, it gives you a "amount in stock section", even a overnight 24 hours delivery option, which costs a lot more than the normal delivery. So after selecting the products we wanted and 24 hours delivery, we waited. Its has now been 4 weeks and we haven't received our money back or the stock ordered. When I spoke with Carmen, she always had some excuse as to why there was a delay. The goods had to be brought in from the US, but there is stock according to their website. She then offered me a voucher, which was great. I asked her to send me a list of what she has in stock so we can select form that list, still no list and guess what, the stuff we ordered, has also not arrived. That's also been a week. Honestly, I am a very calm person, understand things happen, but this has to be the worst service I have ever received. Not to mention this was for a birthday gift on the 24th of November already. Don't believe the false info listed on their site, there is NO 24 hour delivery and rather save yourself & buy from a shop in a mall.
