Order cancelled and struggling to get refund

I placed an order on the evening of 5 Dec 2013. I then asked to cancel the order so I could order a different set of devices. I was told my account would be credited and I can then place a new order for these devices. That was Friday morning 6/12/2013.By Monday 9/12/2013 I still had no credit. I then asked them to rather refund the money back to my credit card so that I could find similar devices elsewhere as there was no way at this late stage that they could guarantee me the 2 devices would arrive before Christmas. These are intended to be gifts for my 2 daughters and with the ridiculous delays on TakeALot's part the chances of procuring their gifts are getting smaller every day that they drag their feet. Each time I call it appears the Accounts department has done nothing, so the agents then promise to raise the issue with the department again. It's a never ending cycle of nothingness. I have called each working day since the order was placed to no avail, that is 4 calls without a sniff of success, just empty promises.
