Unbelievable, kind, sensitive follow up service

I ordered a book from the [URL Removed] website 19/11, despite numerous promises of 'next day deliveries' I am still without the book, which is intended as a Christmas gift for my husband.

Last week in another desperate attempt to find more information I was fortunate enough to be transferred to a young lady called Carmen, she looked through my profile - something nobody else had bothered to do and immediately picked up the problem and assured me that she would pursue the issue herself. Whilst I was charmed by her attitude I did not hold much hope with the track record of [URL Removed] experienced thus far.

much to my delight Carmen followed up by email two days later telling me of her progress. today I received a call from her to tell me she had tracked down the 3rd party seller and that she would be following the transaction on my behalf until she knows I have the book safely in my hands.

I am absolutely blown away by Carmen's attention to detail and sublime service (I can't say the same for other employees of the company). I hope [URL Removed] takes note of Carmen's incredible service especially at this time of the year. thank you Carmen you are an asset [URL Removed]
