OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM KEOLEBOGILE

I got a voucher from Truworths via post which I misplaced. I then called the Call Centre to request a replacement voucher and the lady told me that unfortunately vouchers cannot be replaced so it's my loss.

I then went to Brooklyn Mall and I relayed my ordeal to Keolebogile who immediately picked the phone and called customer service and wallah! my voucher was granted.
