I would like to thank Werner and the lady who assist me with an Instant Money problem I had. I was treated in a professional and friendly manner even though I had lost my slip with a reference number required to perform the requested transaction, plus not to mention that I had not done the transaction at this particular branch. Werner and the lady concern tried their utmost to listen and assist me and in the end I was successfully assisted and walked out feeling like a worthy customer.
