On the 19th of August at 16:00 I was in the queue at spar paying my goods. the till attendant informed me that my debit card transaction could not be processed. I then payd by cash. at around 16:30 I recieved an sms that the transaction was processed. the next morning i recieved another sms informing me that the same transaction has been processed again. when I went to spar to sort it out, the manager was completely nonchalant and the lady that was supposed to assist me had no idea what she was doing and told me to go sort it out with my bank. I basically had to pay three times for a basket of groceries from this spar and now they take no responsibility. I would like to know if their head office and client care condones this kind of behaviour.
