Delivery1 week late and counting!

I purchased a book that was dispatched for delivery on the 28 November 2013. I still have not received it. My order on the website says "closed" but i still have not received it.

I have emailed almost a week ago, and only received a response yesterday. Kalahari says a delivery attempt was made, but this was not the case. I have confirmed this with security footage.

I still have not received my parcel and am incredibly dissatisfied with the level of service and the capability of [URL Removed]
