Poor quality goods

I purchased 2 Terry comforters on the 24th Nov 2013 and after only 1 wash, most of the print/colour on the comforter has washed out. What a disappointment!!! Sincerely hope that Jet will have the decency and give me a refund on these items so that I can purchase other ones.
