Music that makes me want to slit my wrists!

Customers have complained numerously about the terrible music being played out our local Woolies Food. There was some improvement, but there is one artist in particular who screams in her songs and her songs are repeatedly played in store. It's this anoying screaming in the background and can quite easily be used in torture chambers! I spoke to a manager recently, who showed me that he has been in touch with the above mentioned person via email, who has failed to take the complaint seriously and had informed the manager to stop contacting her in this regard. According to the manager at the Woolies Food branch, he is anable to change the music and only Head Office has the ability to change such. Please, with tears in my eyes, cut this screaming woman from your playlist! Do a bit of research on the effect of music on consumers.
