Nokia Music not downloading

I have had a Nokia Music account for several years. When I changed my laptop and phone some of the songs didn't work. They needed licenses. When I try to redownload, some of the songs won't come down.
Also, I have bought new music and it won't download. The download is logged as having failed. When I try to cancel the download, I am told it will also effectively cancel the music in Nokia Music and I'll have to repurchase!
I have tried sending mails via the website (very difficult to find where to send a mail) but have not had the courtesy of a reply
