On 23Oct my Woolies card was posted to me; now on Sat 7Dec - after still not having received it, I followed up. I was told that I must 6 weeks, and could only take action next Friday? I was then put on hold, and yes, you guessed it, cut off. So I called back, and got a different version... and my calculation of 6 weeks from 23 Oct is 04Dec, but Woolies version is Fri 13 Dec... when I asked for the manager on duty, I was told that maybe he isn't in? and then was placed on hold, waited for ever again, and then was told that the manager said... I can have a new card issued when I call back next Friday...
So - does the manager not have the courage to speak to an unhappy customer and deal with the situation?
very unhappy client... and I am normally a very happy Woolies client!
