I had the worst experience with Homechoice. I spend R12000 on Home Choice called in and got a settlement amount over the fone. They gave me a discount of R1900 now after two years they have blacklisted me on the ITC.I received endless calls and explained that im still waiting for feedback regarding the account. Even the bed was a problem it had a dent within 3 months. I reported the faulty product but got the run around and after a couple of months they told me they not going to replace it even when the guy that inspect it they going to replace the mattress.

Now HOMECHOICE is telling me the amount is too round that i buy and im thimb sucking my info.

My bed was more than r5000 and i have to sleep on sumething not even worth sleeping on.they even have the nerve to ask me what my weight is. I mean what is the use of buying expensive things
