I dont what do plz help

My name is Wandile Mbunyuza and I have an inquiry on the 30th of this last month I visited a place called Money24 I wanted to them to consulidate my accounts but I signed a form... and the man who was helping me said I can FAX all the outstanding documents sometime this week. On Monday I went to go pay African Bank account at Ellerines and the was a lady who asked am I not of buying something there... I said yes so she went through with with everything. When the response came back it "the client is in a process of admin" and I didn't understand because I didn't finalise anything now I can apply for anything at African Bank. I was thinking if guys can help me. This is really stressing me.
