Edgards promised to give me feedback within 30 days after I told them I never joined their funeral scheme, after 30 days nothing came back. I took the matter to their customer care, who claim that they cant get hold of me, I have sent my numbers in bold letters twice. but nothing has happened.

2.I requested the confirmation letter that I am registered with my family for Jet Funeral scheme, I have been sent from Edcorn to Hollard visa-versa. Lastly i was told it take 30 days to get such a letter...
