NO DELIVERY!

My Order #1000482181 was suppose to be delivered on the 18 November 2013. It is now more than two weeks later and I still haven't received anything. I have phoned the call center at least 5 times but no one is capable of calling me back and letting me know what is going on. Every time I call they advise that the courier company tried to deliver it on one occasion (in two weeks) but no one was at home - Except the delivery address is a business address and is open 8am - 5pm. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS. This is the second time I've had trouble with Kalahari's delivery services and really wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
