Excellent service

I have to date not experienced such good service from a sales person who was standing in for another sales person - who was off sick on the day that I finalized a purchase. Initially, I phoned the Dion Wired, Tiger Valley to establish if they could beat (or price match) a promotion of a TV, offered by another large supplier. (I was out of town at that time.) The price was matched and on my return, I visited the shop only to find that the initial sales person was off sick. Lyle VD Merwe consequently assisted me. Despite knowing that the sale would not be "recorded" as his sale, he went out of his way to assist. I have to say that I am not the easiest buyer and compare prices and products thoroughly before I purchase. Lyle was extremely patient, accommodated all my questions and concerns without any trace of irritation. Eventually I purchased a (better) product which would not have happened if he was the normal average, and may I add, ignorant sales person who just had to complete his shift.
