Excellent customer service

A deal that Dion Wired Bedford Centre could not price beat (as per their policy) or even come close to matching, Makro Germiston was willing to honor with a smile. Vincent van den Berg was able to secure two large transactions which their counterpart Dion Wired did not even try to accommodate and thus lost. The sales person tried but sadly his manager, who did not even face us as customers, did not bother and thus lost two large deals. Both I and the other customer went straight to Makro where Vincent was more than happy to oblige and do so with utmost professionalism and customer service. I now have my products and am extremely happy. Vincent even went so far as to update us regularly on the progress of stock availability and ensured the promised price was honored. Dion Wired Bedford Centre, I suggest you take a page from Vincent's book and "do anything to retain a customer" as he said.
