I made a payment in April 2013, It was in a account from bradlows linked to ABSA, After a while I note that the payment was not deducted from the outstanding loan amount. Ever since i tried to solve this problem but with no susses. It is R10 000.00 it is a lot. I Want my money back or they should deduct it from my loan and write the interest off as i made the payment in April. Not going to pay anymore.
