I applied for a AB loan total amount of 16000, I made payments on the account then applied for debt review however the DC never made payment on the account. A sheriff if the court came to my house then i found out about the none payment, i commenced with payment that more. That was last year around May, the sheriff game me a total amount outstanding of 25000, now less than 6 months later i request a settlement amount as i want to get the account storted and they give me an amount of 36000?! now payment was made monthly why is it so much? i cant pay that its more than double the loan amount.
