Mr Price Home
NO STAFF

Went to the Eastgate Mr Price Home today during lunch to purchase a few things. There are a grand total of 3 people working the tills and only 1 working card machine. It took me close on 40 minutes to do my shopping and of those 40 minutes the majority was spent waiting in the queue and trying to make my purchase. I enquired whether they were short staff and the explanation given was that people want time off.

This is unacceptable at any time of the year but especially during the festive season when people are trying to do their xmas shopping.
