Disappointing service

My wife is highly expectant, I went to green and Richards to see if I can't get us comfortable couches to help provide some comfort for her. First for the order to be approved took over a month which I waited patiently but since then it has been a rolacoaster and a half... first I was told after approval they would deliver in three days, this was some two weeks ago and a few days ago I went into the store hoping to get some solutions only to be told I have to wait another 6 weeks. Today I get another call they want to revamp the contract as I am still doing my chartered accounting articles for the next 26 months but they want to decrease my period to 18 months. I just want g&r to decide whether they going to do business with me and stop tossing me to and fro and make delivery already like they initially promised. This issue has been stressing me for a while I don't want things to carry on like this anymore!
