Unacceptable service

On 06/07/13 I spent around R20 000 at @home, being a first time home owner I was very excited until I encountered the most terrible service of my life! I walked into the shop the weekend before however to my disappointment not one sales cosultant could even notice I was there most people wouldnt ever go back but I unfortunately did. It then took me another half an hour after I arrived there to try again to be "helped" by a "sales consultant" who could not even greet me. Finally I placed my order after dealing with such a rude and arrogant man, he had "promised" it would be here latest end october. I had then had to organise for us to move in a month before costing me an extra R10 000 rent as the house was only going to be in my name in november because they would not store my stuff at all. I never got my furniture and lived in an empty house. I was told 1000 different stories but nobody knew who messed up the order 2 months late I got a couch but one back cushion wasnt there I then got another but I never heard a thing about my side tables they arrived 3 months late after many more complaints! The one is broken and needs to be replaced but I need to wait longer! Im very angry!!!
