Bad Service Ever!!!

On 01/12/2013 my sister went to the above mentioned store to collect her disability grant. The queue was very long, she had to wait 30 minutes on it, there were empty seats which are said to be reserved for old people or pregnant women, so my sister asked the security guard if she can sit as she was dizzy from standing, the answer was no but after 10 minutes they allowed ladies who were behind her to occupy the seats, she kept standing. Eventually when she was number one, the tellers ignored her, started chatting to each other, then when she asked to be assisted, they said she must go to another teller, when she got there, she was told to go back where she was as there was no cash at that point. When she went back, other people had already occupied her spot and she was told to go to the back of the Q, and the person who was being rude to her was the Admin manager Sophie Makakola. Its really disappointing to receive such service from a so called "manager".
