Trolley operator damaged my ca

On Saturday 30th November 2013 I parked my car in underground parking. While I sat in my car listening to the radio where out of nowhere 10 stacked trolleys rolled down a ditch into my parked car. The trolley operator came running afterwards saying he is sorry and the wind blew it, I told him if there is any damage on my car he will have to pay. Thats when I asked him where he worked and hes reply was trolley collector for GAME . The Sunday found a huge dent in my car in the area that the trolley hit it (on my fender). I then reported it on Monday with centre management. Where I received video footage and pictures of the the incedent. Then off to Game I went to see a manager with all my proof. I was explained they use a outsourced company and will ask the owner to contact me. The owner did not contact me and told the manager that I was supposed to report it immediatley which is invalid since I have all the proof I need. Tuesday the 3rd of Dec I went for a qoute at Dent magic opposite Tygervalley where I recieved a qoute of R855.00 to remove the dent. I think the solution for my problem is for GAME to repair my car and claim back from the company that is outsourced
