Still waiting

Further to my report of 27th and Whirlpool's immediate feedback that someone would call me (cut and pasted to everyone else's complaints), I was called by a 'consultant' and told I would receive further news on my repair on the 29th. As expected, no further calls, still no dishwasher. Pathetic and apathetic 'service'
