Charged Interest On item that I dont have

I bought a three piece that consist of Hob, Oven and Chimney Hood in December 2012 at HousenHome Montana, Kollonade, only to find out that the Chimney was wrong i needed a island one instead i got the one that you put by the wall, I then took it back to the store and explain to them.

After a long time not getting any happiness with the way this thing was handled I asked them to cancel it and that meant I only have Oven and Hob, again it took a long time to create another account that consist of only two items, during that time from December to june I was paying interest on three items whereas I only had two items from the word go and I been trying to resolve this with Rainbow Finance from Pretoria North Offices and no one seems interested.

The account has been made for two items but from Dec till June been paying interest for something that I dont have. I believe that I have been taken for the ride I want to be charged interest on only the items that I had with me.
