TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

My boyfriend has been a very loyal customer to Edgars, but after the terrible service we received, I doubt he will be going back there. We stood in a very long queue (because on a Saturday afternoon there are only 3 tellers open) when we finally got to the front, one of the managers pushed some other customers right in front of us. When we finally got checked out, the lady behind the teller was more concerned about the mess behind the desk and shouting to some other employee that was standing behind us about how broke she is. She basically just CHUCKED everything in a bag, not even attempting to fold the shirts (There were about 15 of them all extremely creased by the time we got home) and did not even almost seem interested in paying customers right in front of her. I really think that someone should have a talk to the staff in Richards Bay, because they are really giving Edgars a TERRIBLE name!
