I requested from Eustacia Sebedie from the Melrose Arch branch to investigate if she could get me a different size to the dress I had purchased. She asked me to sign a form for this as she put it authorising her to make the enquiry.
Three weeks later I received a call from Nazli at your head office asking if I had received the second dress as it was charged to my account. I advised her that I had not received any further communication from Eustacia and did not try to contact her anyway as I thought that she could not get the other size.
I called the branch after this call from your head office and was informed by the manageress that she could not credit me until she had received the dress. What I do not understand is what has that to do with me and what right was it for them to debit me without my having the article?
To this day I have received no more communication from them and would like this matter addressed urgently.
