Great service and excellent comunication skills

Kyle has really gone the extra mile for me, I'm one happy customer.
I needed the book to be delivered to me before the 30 of November after I have place the order late this was my fault. Kyle then asked me if he can give me a call later that day with feedback.
The afternoon he then called me and told me I will get my parcel in two days time and I received it on the 27th!!!
You guys really have a hard worker there.
