I was in Totalsport V&A last week, don't often shop that side because it's a bit out of my way.

Well this week I had to go to Waterfront at 16pm with no choice and walked in for a quick buy...
I found the store busy at that time but not one moment a lack of service.
The staff greeted me and offered assistance, gave me time to browse.
They showed interest in me as a customer how was my day, more a family relationship than "you just a customer"
The friendliness of the staff showed me they have a great manager who coach and guide them. Then I saw they actually remember old customers who bought a week or two ago, because they ask customers are you still happy with the shoes you bought last week.

Thank you for excellent service, your team made my day and this is my favorite Totalsport store now! By far!!!
