Paid for laybe lost

Made a laybye for my kids eid clothes 3 weeks ago. Because I have 5 kids it was based on a budget. I made my deposit and a week later I paid it in full (R1380) after a hour of waiting I was told they cnt find it. I was told to go home and they would deliver it to my house. 4 hours later I phoned them as they had my money and I had no goods and they hadn't even bothered to contact me. Drove back to the store to be told all they can do is give my money back. My kids were devastated. Ther was 2 boys baseball jackets in the laybye that were marked down and I feel that this was the reason why my laybye disappeared. I'm sitting without anything for my kids for eid.things are selling out in their ages, summer clothes are going onto the rails. Branch only managed to find 1 jacket and a pair of shoes which I'm just expected to fetch and pay for. Cnt get back to kenilworth as my car is now broken. My budget which was planned is now down the drain so wher I find clothing to suit wot I planned with that amount in the laybye is beyond me. I asked why they run a laybye service? I didn't even wait the 3month period to fetch it. I paid it up in full within a week. I'm so angry
