Do I have to have an account to get proper service

Last month I applied for an account it was approved I went in to see if I can be help? When I got their I was told that I can't have an account open as I have to wait when I told her that I received an sms saying it has been approved she just gave me 1 dirty look? I just walk out and said if that's how you treat your customer's than I do not! want an account here!!! I went again this week spending almost a R1000.00 in cash I took a size 32 but the jeans was a bit small so I took it back to be change... When I got their this very same old cow that do not know how to speak to customers. I ask if she can get me the size that I want she told me in my face that she don't have time I need to take something else seems that I not have an account with them she can't go out of her way for me? Or leave it is that the way to speak to customers??? I should have understood if it was Mr Price that's cheap that gave such bad serves!!! And there customer services I must by far better than yours!! But a shop that's so expensive!!!... It not the first time am having problems in this shop I strongly believe our money is not race or colour. Treat your client with respect if you can't? Get out!
