I applied for an account and submitted documentation in store personally. It was checked by an employee and i was informed i would be contacted within 24 hours, Three days later i called the store and was told my page was blank and that i must wait another 24 hours. Two days later i called back and was told i needed to complete the deductions section of my application which i duly did. I was then informed i would receive feedback, in, yes you guessed it correctly another 24 hours. Five days later and no feedback. Mr Price my Home Bond was approved in a shorter space of time!!! Poor very very POOR way in which to treat a regular cash paying customer or any customer for that matter. I shall be applying at other clothing retail outlets today and give feedback to Hello Pete
