Magazines that i did not receive

So I'm at work and I get a call from their legal department demanding R92 RAND FROM ME. I had initially called their head office who told me it was for magazines a month before the call. Thereafter when i go into one of their stores they tell me i short paid their account which i had not used for the last 6 months. In any event i have paid after being hounded by legal for something that i have not received. I have made numerous calls to their headoffice from the stores but no one picks up
