Bad service- no call back - magazines owing!!

I have paid up front for my mothers (Gwen Engelbrecht-PENSIONER) You subscription until Feb 2014 which she is suppose to receive on a weekly basis (Thursdays). For the past three weeks she has not received her hand delivered magazines. My mom has called the subscribers office (0861007442) on numerous occasions. On 2nd Dec after speaking to Kim, my mom was told she would receive an extra copy after the contract expires in Feb 2014. This was after my mom purchased her own copy. The following week my mom called again and spoke to Carlo who promised to call her later because he noticed that "copies were being delivered and no payment was made". So far no copies has been sent to my mom!!! i have paid in advance with my credit card!! Neither of the call centre agents have bothered to call my mom back! On 9th Dec a lady called to apologise to my mom and also promised to "give her a shout back" - so far nothing. This issue is going on long and i will not be renewing a You subscription again. Media 24 please ensure that i get what i paid for!!! justin engelbrecht
