Incredibly bad customer relations

I ordered patio furniture fromt his compay, Creative Living, in October 2013 and paid the 50% deposit through internet banking and forwarded it to this company. Delivery was to be 15 November.
On the 15th November I enquired about my furniture. I was told that I had
to pay 100% before the furniture would be delivered. I explained that I would pay the full amount when the furniture arrived at my home..I would provide proof of payment then. After quite a lengthy argument about this..the furniture arrived today, Friday 29th November, with one of the Chinese sales peopleowners present. I inspected the products and found one of the cushions to be damaged... he agreed to swop it for a better cushion... and I went to my internet bank and transferred the remaining 50%( what I calculated that was) and presented the man with proof of payment.
About half an hour later a woman phoned me screaming at me that I had paid the incorrect amount. I explained that I was confused as my records showed I had paid the full amount it turned out that I had underpaid by R18.50!! She screamed at me over the phone and when I put the phone down she contined to phone me in a bullying way. All
