Promoters who have no idea what they talking about

I went to clicks store in gateway on sunday and i was taking a look at the different hair coloring products and i was approached by a wella koleston promotion girl who insisted that i take a certain color which she said would show on my hair which is black she suggested dark chestnut and i told her that it would not work she assured me over and over that it will work perfectly. i have tried it and my hair is the exactly same as before. i am so furious i wasted all my money for nothing. why employee these promoters when they know nothing!!!
