Horrific Treatment of Pensione

I am an pensioner and opened this account purely for emergencies. I always pay my account and Edcon decided to list me on the credit bureau as a slow/bad payer because I paid my September account on the 7th and not the 6 which is their cut off date. I was travelling on the train to polokwane at the time, I really tried to talk to someone, via sms, email, phone calls, in store, nothing helped, I'm still on the credit bureau and still being treated poorly by Edcon. I feel that this is just once again proof that big companies make their money from the little guy! This is pefatic service and horrific bad treatment! I was shouted at and called horrible things by the people at head office who are suppose to help me sort this out. I have no other choice as to go public until someone sits up and listen!!!
