Today at about 14h28 I walked to one of le coq Sportief stores whom I was referred by one of your guys from one of your stores only because the sneaker that I was looking for I could only get it in that store which is Access park - Kenilworth -cape town. I looked for it, I saw it, I fitted it and I payed for by credit card. Something striked on my mind seeing that I payed that amount for my sneaker that I should take a look at the other shoe in the box not the one I fitted the other one in the box nd only to find out it's damaged. I raised the issue to the girl in charge nd instead of acting professionally she started saying well there nothing we ca do, she made fun of it, she tells me that my money will only be refunded to me after 2-3 working days, seeing that her approach was not professional I started changing my attitude and I told her that I want my money now seeing that there's nothing you can do about the situation.

I raised options as to how we can resolve the issue as I am a regular customer of the brand le coq Sportief, she made fun of it. She does not know the protocol of handling customers and therefore instead of delighting customers she is chasing them away. Notsa
