Truworths
Bad conditions

Today I went to Truworths to check out the sale they are having and return a garment. There were a lot of people, which is fine. At the checkout points the line was very long, there were only two cashiers and it seemed that there was a problem with the system. The line was moving very very slowly. There was about 21 customers in front of me, there isn't even space in this branch for the line to be that long, really. Two old ladies in front of me were very tired. There seems to be NO aircon, it was sooo hot the sweat was pouring off me! I stood in line for more than 20 minutes!!! I wanted to get shoes and there was no one to help me get the right size, so I took it with me to the cashier, she had to go and look for the right size herself, is there no one to help on the floor? Another problem with space, there were boxes all around, I counted almost 40 boxes and it seemed as if they were not even unpacked yet. What is going on in this branch?! Even between the racks of clothes there is no space to move between them. Seriously there should be something done.
