Hi, I am very disappointed wit service recieved at this store . i needed aseal for my russel hobbs blender jug for which i was calling them fr the last 2 YEARS & only got a responce about 3 weeks ago only to recieve the wrong part. itok it back to them n they kept the jug saying they wil send it back to russel hobbs and have it back within 2days. it has been about 3weeks now & i still have no results from them . i would realy appreaciate your help thank you.
