I regularly order platters for meetings at the office online and collect from Checkers Kenilworth Centre. It is so easy to order online, I immediately get a confirmation e-mail with full costs and what I ordered, and I usually get a phone call from the deli manager to confirm my order as well. The variety and quality is excellent, and their office always follows up with an e-mail to check whether I was happy with my purchase. I wish all organisations operated like this!
