On the 23rd of November 19:32 I made a purchase at the Boston Family Pick& Pay, the teller ignored me as I got to the front and was having a personal conversation with her supervisor at the time of my transaction.
I did not request to draw money - and she put through an additional R1000 (as a withdrawal from my account)
I dealt with three ladies and their service was shocking-- they then refunded the amount to my card --- which is still not reflecting in my account today is 27/11/2013. I have spoken to Store managers and they said the admin department would handle it. I was told that the money is out of their account - but the amount is currently still not refunded to me. The admin staff told me I should phone their bank to get authorisation which I cannot do as I am not the merchant. I have been a client at this Pick&Pay for many years and the level of service is shocking as no one has tried to get the matter sorted as asap. Please HELP as I want my money back!!!
