Going the extra mile

I recently reported a problem related to the activation of a discount voucher that expired before I could make use of it. Cindy Adams from the call centre responded by telephone and arranged with the marketing department to give me a replacement voucher. They also undertook to make the use of vouchers less onerous going forward.
