Bad Quality

I bought a russell hobbs kettle @ Mr Home in Sandton after a month the writing started pealing off. I took it back to the store & now its doing the same thing they exchanged it for me & the second 1 is doing the samething
I don't expect to pay R600 for a kettle then a month later it does this I payed for quality. I can't kee on going back to the store when it peals off something need to be done

I sent an email to their head office on the 08 november 2013 till today I haven't received a respond from them .clearly there's some1 whose not doing his/her job here
