After having sent the 1ST email, Leatitia advised me of how unhappy she is that I sent it.
She complained about miss-communication between us, when in actual fact the miss- communication was between her and the dispatch. Once again we placed an order, made the eft transfer, emailed it to Leatitia only to get told that we will only receive delivery on the 2/12/2013.Leatitia promised to cc me on all emails for orders as proof but this was not done. We have to keep phoning Leatitia, and phone dispatch and today the accounts department and forward the email of proof of payment to them. I should rather be working for SAB as I am doing the REP's job for her.. this is not only costing a lot in telephone cost but now cost us double as we rely on the deliveryWhich should have been done today and apparently will not be done, R16100.00 worth..NOT ALOT FOR SAB, BUT ALOT FOR US.We also have to now take out extra money which we don't have as we are a small business starting out to go to Makro to buy the beers to supply to our customers.
This unnecessary added cost with petrol for the vehicle to go there sets us back a lot. This is extremely un acceptable. AND THIS IS NOT EVEN THE 1ST TIME.
