Poor service and false accusations

Poor service, bad customer service, long waiting hours to purchase in the store. Is the customer not always right? Written credit notes and then when used accused of not being valid and having to reimburse funds. Bad attitude from staff and head office management. Accusations of not paying due to their faults of written credit notes as their systems were down! Unable to get hold of management to assist with issues due to phone lines being down. Earth child has lost a valuable customer unless a response is given to hello pete
